There is a software new rule in IEEE vTools: If you try to register for a paid event, and you do not complete the credit card process, it will likely cause an error if you try to register again with the same email address. Try a different email address OR if you use GMAIL you can modify your address by adding a + sign. For example JoeCool@gmail.com becomes JoeCool+1@gmail.com and it will work!

Another option is to send me an email and I will cancel your registration so you can start over from scratch.
