The organizing committee and I wish to thank you for your interest in our upcoming symposium in Detroit. The event planning has been in high gear for well over a year prior to the writing of this letter.

We have created a marketing materials CD to promote the EMC 2008 Detroit Symposium. Much of the CD content is available through the links above.

The PowerPoint file is an exciting presentation of what we have planned. The video is a 3.5 minute high energy promotion for the symposium. The posters, magazine ads, exhibit materials, displays and extra copies of this CD are all available to you for promotion at your company and organization.

The linked files above are for you to use in promoting the IEEE 2008 International EMC Symposium in Detroit occurring August 18 through 22, 2008. Please feel free to use the stationary for correspondence a print copies of the poster. You are permitted to modify the presentation as you need to for your audience. Please, however, preserve the message of “Come to Detroit in August 2008” and the theme of “Mobile EMC – Applications and Effects”.

Should you wish to borrow display materials for a meeting, presentation or conference you are involved with, please feel free to contact me to make arrangements.
