Topic: EMC Test Equipment-Amplifiers and Antennas
This presentation details the types of amplifiers and antennas available for use for EMC testing. Topics covered include: the technologies available, the EMC environment and extreme conditions this equipment will be used under, proper use and maintenance, field and power measurement considerations, and equipment pairing and sizing.
Biography: George Barth graduated from Texas A&M University in 1989 with a BS degree in Industrial Engineering. He has worked at AR RF Microwave Instrumentation for 27+ years in many disciplines including Production, Test, Manufacturing Engineering, Software Engineering, and Product Development Engineering. George has Supervisory, Product Management, Sales Support, and Field Service experience. As Product Engineer- Systems, George has been designing, building, installing, and training customers on the use of standards based EMC test systems, integrating both AR and third party products, at all levels of automation from basic to turnkey.
