Abstract
“Model & Measure” The usage of high frequency design
& analysis software, including Electronic Design Automation (EDA) physical
analysis tools, to provide better capabilities to minimize Electro-Magnetic
(EM) "hot-spots". The
discussion will include the differences between planar & full 3D solvers,
quasi-static, and full-wave, assumptions, far-field projections, and
applications.
There will be a discussion of modeling &
measurement across multiple domains, including system, circuit, frequency,
time, & physical analysis domains.
Links & integration with physical hardware measurements and software
analysis will be presented.
The presentation will run about 60 minutes
